Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nova Home. We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to start a return Email us at admin@home-nova.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong choice), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at admin@home-nova.com within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items (marked as such)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at admin@home-nova.com and we'll follow up.
