Shipping Policy
Where we ship Nova Home currently ships within the United States only. We prioritize products with fulfillment available inside the U.S. for faster, more reliable delivery.
Processing time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time Estimated delivery is [3–7] business days after processing. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Total time = processing time + delivery time.
Shipping rates
- Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $49.
- For orders under $49, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping delays Occasionally, carrier delays, high-volume periods, or weather may affect delivery times. These are outside our control, but we'll always help you track your order — just email admin@home-nova.com
Incorrect addresses Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or stuck packages If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at admin@home-nova.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
